RULES ON USE OF DATA
Pursuant to Art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03 for the registration form
Artechne Ltd, in the person of the legal representative pro tempore, with a registered office in Povegliano V.se (Vr), Via Verona 7 pursuant to art. 13 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data, Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.2003 (hereafter "Privacy Code"), as Data Controller, informs you that filling in the registration form in order to subscribe to MyTemplArt and the use of services on offer will result in the collection and processing of your personal data by the company.
Purposes of data processing
a) The personal data provided by users who register to subscribe to our services and those that may be provided during the subscription period will be used for purposes strictly related to the fulfilment of the contract and the provision of these services.
b) The aforementioned personal data may be processed by Artechne Ltd. in order to send commercial and / or promotional communications, by e-mail (for example, in order to send periodic e-mail updates regarding MyTemplArt’s news). Pursuant to and by effect of art. 130 paragraph 4 of the Decree. No 196/03, this purpose does not require the consent of the person concerned. We inform you that you can object to such processing anytime from now, simply and free of charge, by using the relevant functionalities or by sending a written notice by e-mail to the address info@artechne.com.
As required by law, you will be reminded of this option when we will send you any notification made for the above purpose.
c) Furthermore, with the specific and optional consent of the person concerned, the personal information collected on the registration form may be disclosed to third parties, operating in the field of art and culture so that they make similar use of them for the purposes of sending commercial or promotional communications by e-mail.
d) With the specific and optional consent of the person concerned, personal data will be made public in a work of art’s record, with reference to chronology of transfer of ownership involving the person concerned.
Mandatory or optional nature of providing data and consequences of a refusal to respond
The provision of personal information requested on the form is needed in order to complete the registration, and is therefore mandatory.
Failure to provide the requested data will make it impossible to improve the registration process, and, therefore, to buy a subscription to our services.
A consent to communications for marketing purposes to third parties (c) or to publishing data in the historic transfer of ownership of a work of art (d) are independent from each other and optional. Despite their absence, it will still be possible to improve the registration process and benefit from our services.
The consent to processing data the purposes referred to in points c) and d), may also be given in relation to only one of the stated purposes.
The statement on processing personal data by third parties referred to in subparagraph c) if you have given your consent to the disclosure of personal data for marketing purposes, will be given to each Holder, before proceeding to sending the corresponding notice, as required by the Authority General Provision of July 4, 2013.
Processing methods
Your personal data will be processed by Artechne Ltd. through an appointed person and person responsible (who is formally identified) who will use tools and media (paper and / or computer) that guarantee data security and confidentiality.
Subjects or types of subjects that data may be disclosed to or who can access data, as the appointed person or person in charge
The data provided by registered users will not be disclosed to third parties or disseminated, unless the person concerned has given his/her consent to process it for the purposes referred to above, in points c) and d); in such cases, data will be disclosed or disseminated to the extent specified therein.
Rights of the person concerned
With regard to his/her personal data, in relation to the processing carried out by Artechne Ltd., each individual may exercise their rights under Art. 7 of the Code (including, in particular, the right to access personal data concerning him/her, to request its correction, updating or deletion, and to refuse its processing for legitimate reasons), within the limits and conditions laid down in articles 8, 9 and 10 of the Code, by simply notifying our Company by e-mail to the address: info@artechne.com.
Each user can also revoke their consent that has previously been expressed, where applicable, on his/her account management page, using the relevant features.
Details on the processing
Data collected for purposes strictly related to the provision of services will be processed for the time necessary in order to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Please note that, following the expiry of the subscription contract, the account of each registered user will still remain active for a six month period, then it will be deleted.
The data of users who subscribed to MyTemplArt will be used for purposes of commercial or promotional communications by Artechne Ltd until the person concerned is opposed to such use.
In any case, personal data that is not kept for the purposes for which they are processed, will be deleted or changed into anonymous data, as required by law.
